Yes, I suspect it's something I will never entirely master. I've gotten much better about it over the years, but I'm still not perfect. But just reminding myself, in times of stress, what's in my power and what's not, and that results are actually not what's important, seems to take a large load off me. If you can get into the right frame of mind it's pretty magical.
